- 380g eggplant (begun)
- marination:
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- ½tsp sugar
- for smooth paste:
- 2tbsp yellow mustard seeds (soaked)
- 2tbsp brown mustard seeds (soaked)
- 2tbsp desiccated document (soaked)
- 3pcs green chilli
- ⅓cup groundnuts (soaked)
- ½tsp salt
- ½cup mustard oil
- 1tsp black cumin seeds
- ⅓cup yoghurt
- 1tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1tbsp sugar
- 2-4green & red chilli
- 1tbsp mustard oil
