- 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 3tbsp green chilli (3pcs) & coriander steam (25g)
- 1tbsp ghee
- 1tbsp butter
- 3tbsp yoghurt
- 1tbsp white oil
- 1pc mace (jayatri)
- 2tbsp fresh cream
- 6green cardamom
- ½tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1pc black cardamom
- 1tbsp chickpea powder
- 6-8pcs fresh mint leaves
- 1tsp dry fenugreek leaves
- 10-12pcs black peppercorns
- 2tbsp grated cheese or cheese paste
- ½tsp ghee
- 1pc charcoal (small piece)
