- white oil- 30ml
- yoghurt- 2Tbsp
- mint leaves- 25g
- green chilli- 4pcs
- mustard oil- 30ml
- coriander leaves- 50g
- salt- 1½tsp (or to taste)
- chicken (boneless)- 600g
- carom seeds (ajwain)- 1tsp
- garam masala powder- 1tsp
- chickpeas flour (sattu)- 2Tbsp
- dry fenugreek (kasoori methi) leaves- 1Tbsp

TIP:
Chicken breast and thigh (boneless) are commonly used chicken parts for making tikka. Chicken breast is low in fat, but chewy. Whereas, the chicken thigh is juicy, but has a high-fat content.
