- 2tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 2tbsp, ½cup & ¼cup mustard oil

- onion (120g) & green chilli (4pcs) paste
- 100g sliced onion & cumin seeds (1tbsp) paste
