- butter- 20g
- sugar- 1tsp
- onion- 150g
- chilled water
- lime- ½portion
- white oil- 1cup
- yoghurt- 2Tbsp
- corn flour- ¾cup
- green chilli- 4pcs
- fresh cream- ½cup
- salt- 2tsp (or to taste)
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- green cardamom- 4pcs
- cashew nuts paste- 10g
- white flour (maida)- ¾cup
- fish fillet (sea bass)- 150g
- white pepper powder- 1tsp
- black pepper powder- ½tsp
- garam masala powder-1tsp
- ginger & garlic paste- 1Tbsp
- khoya kheer/mawa (grated)- 20g
- nutmeg (jaiphal) powder- 2pinches
- fresh fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)- 20g
- dry fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)- 2Tbsp

TIP:
Pluck the methi leaves only, loosely wrap in aluminium foil, put in a ziploc bag and freeze it. You can use it later at any time.
