INGREDIENTS:
- 1tsp ghee
- 1tbsp sugar
- 5cups water
- 3cups sugar
- ⅓cup hot water
- ⅛tsp baking soda
- 1tbsp semolina (sooji)
- khoya kheer (optional)
- 4pcs green cardamom
- ⅛tsp rose essence (x2)
- dry rose petals (optional)
- ⅛tsp pink food colour (x2)
- paper baking case (optional)
- 1tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
- 450g chenna (made from 1.5L full-cream milk)
Ans: If rose essence is unavailable, rose water can be substituted; however, the quantity will be eight times more than the essence.
