INGREDIENTS:
- milk powder (दूध का पाउडर)- 50g
- mango purée (आम प्यूरी)- ½cup
- condensed milk (गाढ़ा दूध)- ½cup
- mango essence (मैंगो एसेंस) ~⅛tsp (optional)
- chhena (छेना)- 230g (made from 1L full-cream milk)
- yellow food colour (पीला भोजन रंग)- 1pinch (optional)
