Mishti Doi, sweet curd or Sweet Yoghurt is a traditional sweet recipe of Bengal. Any festival or special celebration is incomplete without mishti doi and rosogolla for Bengalis. It is slightly brownish and sweet in taste. Milk is boiled until turns brownish, add starter and leave overnight for a better result.

- plain curd or yoghurt-1cup

TIP
Use plain hung curd or thick yoghurt (starter) in the lukewarm milk to make a thick curd/yoghurt at home
