INGREDIENTS:
- water- 8cups
- sugar- 2cups
- milk- 1+4Tbsp
- pista nuts- 8pcs
- saffron- 2+2pinches
- white flour (maida)- 1Tbsp
- green cardamom- 2+2pcs
- khoya kheer/mawa (grated)- 45g
- food colour (yellow)- 2pinches (optional)
- chana/chhena- 400g (made from 2litres milk)

TIP:
While cooking rosogolla or rajbhoj, the sugar syrup should be very thin while (1cup sugar : 4cups water).
