- ghee- 1tsp
- sugar- 1tsp
- white oil- 1cup
- salt- ½tsp (or to taste)
- white flour or maida- 3Tbsp
- chana or chenna/ chhena- 175g
- ginger & green chilli paste- ½tsp
- mace (jayatri) & nutmeg (jaiphal)- 2pinches
To make chana korma gravy
- ghee- 2tsp
- sugar- 2tsp
- yoghurt- 2Tbsp
- coconut paste- 30g
- cumin powder- 1tsp
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste)
- turmeric powder- 1tsp
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- green peas, frozen- 140g
- white oil- ½cup (leftover oil)
- garam masala powder- 1tsp
- kashmiri red chilli powder- 1tsp
- ginger & green chilli paste- 2½Tbsp
- mace (jayatri) & nutmeg (jaiphal)- 2pinches
- cashew nuts, raisins & melon seeds paste-10g ea.
