- 500g chicken (curry cut)
- 1tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1tsp black pepper powder
Dry roasted masala:
- 2tsp cumin seeds
- 2tsp coriander seeds
- 6pcs green cardamom
- 4pcs cloves
- 1pc cinnamon stick
- ¼pc nutmeg (jaiphal)
- ½pc mace (javatri)
- 2pcs dry red chilli
- ½cup white oil
- 300g onion & 4pcs green chilli (chopped)
- 1tsp ghee
- 2tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 2tsp roasted masala powder
- 15g cashew nuts & 5tbsp yoghurt paste
- 2tsp sugar
- 1tbsp dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
- ⅓cup fresh cream
- 1tsp black pepper powder
- 2tsp roasted masala powder
- 1tsp butter
