INGREDIENTS:
- 2tsp sugar
- 1tbsp ghee
- ⅓cup yoghurt
- ½cup white oil
- 5g raisins paste
- 150g sliced onion
- 3pcs dry red chilli
- 4tbsp coconut milk
- 1tbsp white vinegar
- 2tsp coriander powder
- 1½tsp salt (or to taste)
- 300g boneless chicken
- 10g cashew nuts paste
- 4pcs crushed green chilli
- 1tsp white pepper powder
- 4tbsp fresh coconut paste
- 1tsp garam masala powder
- 1tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- ⅓cup young coconut water (daab’er jol)
- 1pc green coconut/young coconut (daab)
