- 1tbsp ghee
- ½tbsp sugar
- 2pcs bay leaf
- 6pcs green chilli
- ¾cup mustard oil
- 1tsp white vinegar
- 500g grated onion
- 2tbsp tomato paste
- 1tsp cumin powder
- 1tbsp red chilli paste
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 2tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 1tsp garam masala powder
- 2tsp & ½tbsp salt (or to taste)
- ½tbsp & 1tsp turmeric powder
