- sugar- 2tsp

- white oil- 30ml + 220ml
- desiccated coconut- ¼cup
- asafoetida (hing)~ 4 pinces
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste) +1tsp
- all-purpose flour (maida) ~2tsp
- cauliflower (fulkopi) grated- 300g
- black cumin seeds (kalo jeera)- 1tsp
- yellow split peas (matar dal/motor daal)- ½cup
- split chickpeas, brown (chana dal/chlola’r daal)- 1cup
- sugar- 2tsp
- ginger- 20g
- clove- 4pcs
- raisins- 15g
- ghee- 1Tbsp
- bay leaf- 1pc
- tomato- 120g
- cashew nuts-15g
- green chilli- 4pcs
- cumin seeds- ½tsp
- cumin powder- 1tsp
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste)
- turmeric powder- 1tsp
- red chilli powder- 1tsp
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- cinnamon stick- 1” long
- green cardamom- 2pcs
- garam masala powder- 1tsp
- white oil- ¼cup (reused the fried oil)

TIP:
Boiling cauliflower or cabbage with a bay leaf helps to remove the bad smell of that vegetable.
