- 4tsp sugar
- 50g carrot
- 2tbsp ghee
- 10g raisins
- 3pcs cloves
- ½cup white oil
- 1pc dry bay leaf
- 10g cashew nuts
- 500g basmati rice
- ⅓cup peas (frozen)
- 2pcs cinnamon stick

- 6pcs green cardamom
- 1tsp white pepper powder
