- ginger & garlic paste- 2Tbsp
- aromatic lime juice (gondhoraj lebu)- ½portion
- clove- 4pcs
- cinnamon- 1” long, 1pc
- green cardamom- 4pcs
- sugar- 1tsp
- ghee- 1Tbsp
- bay leaf- 1pc
- white oil- ½cup
- green chilli- 2pcs
- onion paste- 2Tbsp
- coconut milk- 1cup
- cashew (paste)-15g
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste)
- onion (chopped)- 250g
- green chilli paste- 1Tbsp
- cumin (jeera) powder- 1tsp
- fresh coconut paste- 3Tbsp
- ginger & garlic paste- 1Tbsp
- garam masala powder- 1tsp
- coriander (dhaniya) powder- 1tsp
- aromatic lime juice (gondhoraj lebu)- ½portion
- aromatic lime zest (gondhoraj lebu)- 2pinches

Must switch off stove flame or heat, before adding lemon zest, juice or leaves to avoid any bitterness of the dish.
