INGREDIENTS:
- raisins- 15g
- cloves- 5pcs
- ghee- 2Tbsp
- sugar- 1Tbsp
- yoghurt- ½cup
- white oil- 30ml
- cashew nuts- 15g
- cinnamon- 2” long
- green cardamom- 6pcs
- gobindobhog rice- 300g
- salt- ½Tbsp (or to taste)
- gondhoraj lebu/lemon zest- 1tsp
- gondhoraj lebu/lemon (juice)- 1pc
- gondhoraj lebu/lemon (slice)- 1pc
- gondhoraj lebu/lemon leaves- 3pcs

TIP:
To make the rice fluffy, clean the rice thoroughly in the running tap water until most of the starch is washed away.
