INGREDIENTS:
- sugar- 2cups
- raw mango- 500g
- sugar jaggery (gur)- ½cup
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste)
- rock salt (kala namak)- 1tsp (or to taste)
- raisins, cashew nuts, almonds, pista (10ea.)
- roasted whole masala:
- cumin (jeera)-1tsp
- fennel (saunf)- 1tsp
- cloves (laung)- 4pcs
- coriander (dhaniya)- 1tsp
- fresh grated ginger (adrak)- 1tsp
- cinnamon (dalchini)- 1” long, 2pcs
- dry red chilli (sukhi lal mirch)- 2pcs
- green cardamom (choti elaichi)- 4pcs
