Marination:
- ghee- 1Tbsp
- white oil- 30ml
- yoghurt- 3Tbsp
- cumin powder- 1tsp
- turmeric powder- 1tsp
- red chilli powder- 1tsp
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- salt- 1½tsp (or to taste)
- chicken (leg piece)- 600g
- ginger & garlic paste- 1Tbsp
- kashmiri red chilli powder- 1tsp
- food colour (orange) ~3pinches
- Gravy:
- milk- 80ml
- almond- 20g
- ghee- 1Tbsp
- white oil- 80ml
- cashew nuts- 20g
- fresh cream- 60ml
- cumin powder- 1tsp
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste)
- red chilli powder- 1tsp
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- desiccated coconut- 10g
- white sesame seeds- 20g
- white pepper powder- 1tsp
- ginger & garlic paste- 1Tbsp
- biryani masala powder- 1Tbsp
- onion barista (fried onion)- 75g
- kashmiri red chilli powder- 1tsp
- khoya kheer/mawa (grated)- 15g
- kewra water (pandan leaf extract) ~2-3drops
- mace (jayatri) & nutmeg (jaiphal) powder ~4pinches
