- 1cup moong dal
- 50g french bean
- 3pcs green chilli
- 80g diced carrot
- 150g cauliflower
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- 1tbsp grated ginger
- 5g raisins (optional)
- 1½tsp cumin powder
- 4pcs green cardamom
- 1½tsp turmeric powder
- 1½tsp red chilli powder
- ⅓cup green peas (frozen)
- 5g cashew nuts (optional)
- 1tsp garam masala powder
- 1pc cinnamon stick (1” long)
- ½tbsp & ½tsp salt (or to taste)
