Mutton Badami Pasanda or মাটন বাদামি পসিন্দা is a shahi mutton recipe due to unique combination of Indian masala. The aroma, gravy, and colour make it different from other mutton recipes. This is our জামাই ষষ্ঠী or Jamai Sasthi non-veg special recipe. In this recipe, no soy sauce is added.

papaya paste (पपीते का पेस्ट)- 3Tbsp
coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)- 1tsp
red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)- 2tsp
black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)- 1tsp
ginger & garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट)- 2Tbsp
biryani masala powder (बिरयानी मसाला पाउडर)- 2tsp
