- ½cup white oil
- 4pcs dry red chilli
- 300g onion (sliced)
- ¼cup & 1Tbsp ghee
- 1tbsp cumin powder
- ½tbsp salt (or to taste)
- 1tbsp red chilli powder
- 1tbsp coriander powder
- 2pcs plum (aloo bukhara)
- 1tsp garam masala powder
- 2tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 1tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 4pcs cloves
- 2pcs cinnamon stick
- 6pcs green cardamom
- 2pcs black cardamom
