INGREDIENTS: (as per used in the sequence)
- 500g mutton keema
- ½pc lemon (juice)
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- 1tsp shahi garam masala powder
- 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 3tbsp green papaya skin paste
- 2tbsp onion & green chilli paste*
- 2tbsp cashew nuts powder#
- 4tbsp roasted chickpea flour (sattu)
- 1tbsp dalda
- 2tbsp white oil
- 1pc egg
- ⅓cup white oil

- 1pc black & 4pcs green cardamom
- 4cloves & 1pc cinnamon stick
- 190g onion & 4pcs green chilli paste*

- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- ⅓cup yoghurt
- 50g cashew nuts powder#

- ¼cup mawa/khoya kheer (grated)
- 1tsp shahi garam masala powder
- 2tsp sugar
- 1tbsp kewra water (optional)
