Breakfast considered as an important meal of the day as we break 6-8 hours of fasting period due to sleep at night. It is a foundation or first meal of the day so need to eat quality breakfast, which help us to give a great start of the day. Oats is used as a heathy ingredients due to good source of fibre and many health benefits. Today's recipe is a healthy and tasty breakfast recipe and oats is the main ingredients of the recipe. It can be cook very easily and fast in the busy morning.

INGREDIENTS
- egg- 2pcs
- oats powder- 4Tbsp
- cherry tomato- 40g
- chopped shallot- 50g
- chopped carrots- 40g
- green lemon- ½portion
- chopped red capsicum- 40g
- chopped green capsicum- 40g
- chopped butter mushroom- 30g
- grated cheese- 1Tbsp (optional)
- red chilli flakes- ½tsp (optional)
- avocado- 1pc
- salt to taste
- yoghurt- 1Tbsp
- olive oil- 2Tbsp
- baking soda- ¼tsp
- red chilli powder- ½tsp
- black seeds pepper powder- 1tsp
- sliced cherry tomato- 3pcs
- fresh coriander leaves- 1tsp
- black pepper powder- 1tsp
- fresh chopped coriander leaves- 10g
- roasted Bengali’s masala powder- ½tsp
DIRECTIONS
At first, roast oats on a dry frying pan for 5min. Transfer the oats into a grinder jar. Grinned the roasted oats in grinder. In 2-3 sec, the oats will be transformed to powder. Transfer the oats powder to a bowl and let to cool down in the open air.
Switch on gas flame and place a frying pan and pour olive oil (1Tbsp). Add chopped carrots, sauté the carrots, add chopped butter mushroom, sauté the mushrooms, add chopped red capsicum, sauté the red capsicum, add chopped green capsicum, sauté the all the vegetables together, but make sure that colour of the vegetables should be intact. Add chopped onions, sauté the onions with the other vegetables. I have used vegetable according to my choice, but you can use vegetables according to your choice. Add cherry tomatoes, continue to sauté the vegetables. Low gas flame heat is recommended. Add salt to taste and add black pepper seeds powder (½tsp). Mix the spices with the vegetables and cook further. Transfer the vegetables into a bowl. Leave it to cool down in the open air.
As it is a healthy recipe so better to use low cholesterol egg. In a bowl take oats powder, add the sautéed vegetables, add chopped coriander leaves, eggs, add salt to taste, add red chilli powder, add black pepper seeds powder (½tsp), add baking powder and mix all the ingredients. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed properly.
Switch on gas fame, place a frying pan, add olive oil (1Tbsp). Once oil is hot, pour the mixture on the frying pan, press with a spoon to level and give a round shape like a chapatti/roti. Low down the gas flame and cover with a lid for 5 min.
After 5min, carefully flip to other side and cook until golden brown and again cover it for 5min.After 5min, oats Omelette is ready to eat. Sprinkle some grated cheese to make it more tasty and to give a nice look. Cut it in small portions and serve it.
Let’s make a dip with avocado. Cut avocado into two halves and scoop the pulp with a spoon. If the avocado is soft, it can be easily scooped. When an avocado’s colour changed from green to brown means it is soft and ready to eat. Remove seed from the avocado and mash the avocado with a fork. If the avocado is soft, then it can be easily done.
Add yoghurt, add lemon juice, add salt to taste, add black pepper seeds powder (½tsp), add roasted Bengali’s masala powder, add chopped fresh coriander leaves, add chopped cherry tomatoes and mix all the ingredients nicely. Sprinkle little amount of chilli flakes on top of the dip to give a nice look.
Note: I have made the dip in Indian style, but you can choose your preferred flavour. Serve in a transparent bowl to look nice. You can eat the dip with the oats Omelette. Also, it can be spared on bread and eat as well as eat with other recipes.

Bengali'r Bhaja Mosla (Bengoli's Roasted Spice) Ratio and Steps:
- coriander seeds- 1Tbsp
- cumin seeds- 1Tbsp
- dry Red chilli- 2pcs
Directions: Roast all the above three ingredients on a dry and hot frying pan until you smell a nice aroma, but make sure the spices will not burn. Grinned in a grinder and make a powder. Banagli'r Bhaja Mosla (Bengoli's Roasted Spice) is ready to use.

Firm and dark green avocado is just perfect for purchasing approx. 4 to 5 days before plan to eat. Ripe avocado might spoiled inside.
