- ghee- 1tsp
- butter- 125g
- paneer- 200g
- yogurt- 2Tbsp
- white oil- 80ml
- cumin seeds- 1tsp
- lemon juice- 1Tbsp
- fresh cream- 2Tbsp
- cumin powder- 1tsp
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste)
- red chilli powder- 1tsp
- turmeric powder- 1tsp
- sugar- 1Tbsp (optional)
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- wheat flour (atta)- 2Tbsp
- garlic (fine chopped)- 40g
- onion (fine chopped)- 50g
- ginger (fine chopped)- 10g
- spinach (palak saag)- 200g
- garam masala powder- 1tsp
- green chilli (fine chopped)- 3pcs
