- butter- 15g
- sugar- 2Tbsp
- green chilli- 4pcs
- garlic (grated)- 20g
- onion (sliced)- 150g
- ginger (grated)- 20g
- cumin powder- 1tsp
- tomato (sliced)- 130g
- salt- 1tsp (or to taste)
- turmeric powder- 1tsp
- onion (chopped)- 100g
- coriander powder- 1tsp
- tomato (chopped)- 140g
- olive oil or white oil- ½cup
- fresh coriander leaves- 30g
- bell pepper/capsicum- 210g
- cottage cheese (paneer)- 200g
- kashmiri red chilli powder- 2tsp
- kitchen king masala powder- 1tsp
- tomato ketchup- 4Tbsp & water- 2Tbsp

TIP:
Place the onions in the refrigerator for ~30min or ~10min in the deep freezer if you’re in a hurry before chopping as it will help you in reducing tears while chopping.
