- 25g almonds, ¼cup desiccated coconut & 2green chilli paste
- ½cup white oil
- 1tbsp ghee
- 100g sliced onions (birista)
- 1tsp shahi garam masala powder
- 150g onion paste
- 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- ¼cup yoghurt
- 1½tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1tsp coriander powder
- 2tsp sugar
- ¼tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½cup milk
- 15g raisins
- ~2pinches nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
- 1tbsp ghee
