  • ½cup white oil 
  • 1tbsp rice flour 
  • 1tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tbsp semolina (sooji)
  • 1cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1tsp black cumin (kalo jeera)
  • 150g centella leaf (thankuni pata)
  • 1pc chopped green chilli (optional)
