INGREDIENTS:
- 4tsp sugar
- 600g mutton
- 3tbsp yoghurt
- ½tsp shah jeera
- 2tsp kewra water
- 250g sliced onion
- 2tbsp milk powder
- 500g kalijeera rice
- 1tbsp onion barista
- 4tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp red chilli powder
- ½ & ⅓cup mustard oil
- 8pcs green chilli paste
- 6pcs slitted green chilli
- 2tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- special masala powder:
- 10pcs clove
- 1pc mace (javitri)
- 15pcs green cardamom
- 1pc nutmeg powder (jaiphal)
- 30pcs white pepper seeds
- 2” long cinnamon stick
- whole garam masala:
- 4pcs clove
- 2” long cinnamon
- 4pcs green cardamom
