- 300g chicken (boneless)
- 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 1tsp black pepper powder
- 1tsp salt
- 2tbsp plain flour (maida)
- 2tbsp corn flour
- 1pc egg
- 1pinch orange food colour (optional)
- ~2tbsp orange juice
- 1tsp dark soy sauce
- 1tsp black pepper powder
- 1tsp salt (or to taste)
- 2tsp sugar
- 2tsp honey
- 1tbsp corn flour
- ⅓cup orange juice
- ~⅓cup water
- 1cup white oil
- reduce the oil to ⅓cup
- 15g onion (fine chopped)
- 5clove garlic (fine chopped)
- 1tbsp red chilli flakes
- orange skin (julienne cut)
- orange pulp
- 15g raisins
