- ginger & garlic paste- 1Tbsp
- black pepper powder- ½Tbsp
- garam masala powder- ½Tbsp
- kashmiri red chilli powder- ½Tbsp
- milk- 500ml
- butter- 25ml
- olive oil- ½Tbsp
- thyme leaves (dry)- ½tsp
- salt- 2pinches (or to taste)
- white pepper powder- 1tsp
- white flour (maida)- 1/3cup
- butter- 10g
- olive oil- 50ml
- garlic (chopped)- 25g
- mixed herb (dry)- 1tsp
- fresh coriander leaves (chopped)- 10g
- red chilli (flakes) (or paprika powder)- 2pcs
- mozzarella & cheddar cheese (grated)- 50g+50g
